Our Movement Classes
Located in Far North Dallas, TX and online, our yoga, mat Pilates, cardio dance fitness, and strength building classes are taught by certified instructors and highly educated experts. Pink Ribbon Program
A gentle, 6-week movement series designed for breast cancer survivors to restore shoulder mobility, rebuild strength, and support healing after surgery or treatment. Small classes provide personalized care in a supportive environment.
Cardio Dance Fitness
No boring treadmills here! Burn calories, reduce stress, and have a blast in our dance fitness classes! Great exercise in the form of a dance party, these classes open the door for self-expression while improving cardiovascular fitness.
Prenatal & Postpartum
Our MoveStudio Mamas program prepares your body and mind for labor, delivery, and motherhood in our Prenatal Yoga class and safely recover from childbirth with Postpartum Recovery—with or without baby.
